[Specialty] 10 skewers of chicken skin for 1870 yen (tax included). These grilled chicken skin skewers take 6 days to prepare and are sold at a rate of 10 to 20 skewers every day!

These signature skewers are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, with the sauce soaking into the entire skewer! The process of draining the oil and infusing the flavor is repeated for six days, and they are cooked just before serving! The deliciousness comes from the skilled technique of carefully wrapping the chicken neck skin around the skewer. Please enjoy!
